Engine Installation & Turbo Setup

The next step was to install the engine and new turbo into the car. Some new parts that were used.

• New Garrett Turbo roller bearing GT series with integral wategate.
• MicroTech MT-8 Sequential fire programmable ECU.
• Old Plazmaman intercooler re-used.
• New HKS Cast exhaust manifold.
• Custom stainless 3" exhaust. With Large Catalytic converter.
• Top Fuel Muffler.
• New Bosh in tank fuel pump. (A Big one.). A royal pain the butt to install.
• New 3" mandrel bent alloy intercooler plumbing.
• Old Blitz Dual SBC Boost Controller & Turbo timer.
• New large Earl Oil Cooler and plumbing kit. Sits in between intercooler and radiator.
• Accel 300+ CDI ignition kit with external coil.
• Blitz Electric Oil Temp gauge.
• Integra DA6 RSi radiator and stock fan re-used.
• etc.. etc..
